the best summer ever; because of you.
My first summer with you, was also the best.
For I learnt how to love, and how love feels like.
I had my first kiss, my first touch, my first hugs.
I learnt that to love someone, you learn to let them go.
I learnt that to love someone, you learn to let yourself go too; for them.
whispers of summer

sometimes what i want to say isn't apparent through what you just see(:

of kids' names and math lessons.
of kids' names and math lessons.absolutely hilarious conversations have been going on these few days! they're wonderful entertainment, i say. and i was actually going to write this on wednesday, but my exhaustion kept me from it. so here it is, now. wednesday morning, across the road from school:lisa: if you had twins, what'd you name them?celene: hmm. rose and sage!me: hey what about rose and mary! xDlisa: hm that's if they were a boy and a girl or both girls; what about if they were both boys!celene: well that's easy; ben and jerry!me: whaa-?-all three of us hereby break out in laughter at the idea of naming twins ben and jerry after the ice-cream chain.-wednesday, math lesson:first lesson of the topic of vectors, and mr ng's trying to teach the class [who doesn't all take phys] the difference between a scalar and a vector in his typical dramatic fashion, if i may say so. keyword being 'trying' xDmr ng: now if you say that your weight is 50kg...you are WRONG.shinyi: yeah you mean that your weight is 500N.mr ng: -doesn't hear shinyi or doesn't register that she said smth and continues- weight is defined as mass x acceleration due to free fall, also known as g in physics......blahblah[aside conversation between shinyi and i] me: oh man this is really turning into a phys lesson -.- let's go and do the worksheet instead.shinyi: yeah.me: and they should really have taught us vectors for math before they started teaching us how to resolve vectors for phys, because there was so much confusion about what on earth a vector was initally. shinyi: agreed.-some silence as we do our math worksheet. meanwhile the math-turned-phys lesson drones on-me: yayy i'm done with worksheet 1! -looks up at whiteboard to track class' progress- zzzzt i'm going to do worksheet 2 too.at this point in time, mr ng hasn't even gone past the first half of pg 2 of worksheet 1; and even then that's actually the first page of the worksheet since pg 1's just an introduction -.-and by the end of the lesson i'd already finished worksheet 2. which meant that the next lesson on thursday...thursday, math lesson:since i was already done with worksheets 1&2, i happily forged ahead with worksheet 3. [once again, i love the teachers who give a whole stack of worksheets ahead of time, especially math and chem worksheets, because i'll never be bored/do random things in class, due to the fact that i'd end up being occupied doing those worksheets ahead of the class.]-looks up after a while to keep track of where the class is-mr ng: -continuing from his lesson- ...in real life they never give you everything.me: whaa-?!mr ng: -continues- they're very stingy and only give you a and b. haha if you haven't really been paying attention to the thread of the lesson like me [><], it sounds absurd. for a moment i thought he jumped into one of his philosophical discussions on life again xD[translation; a and b meaning the vectors a and b. and the worksheet was on resolving them, i think. so naturally they'd only give you the vectors since you're expected to find the angles/distances etc.]thursday, hist options.mr mizar suddenly has this wonderful idea to give us a pop quiz. read: quiz on pop music. of the 1960's. and we were going through the answers, and this is what mr mizar wrote: 'House of the Animals' then he stares at the board. mr mizar: EH 'House of the Animals'?! eh whoops salah la it's House of the Rising Sun - guess who's the band/artiste?class: The Animals. [duhh -.-]mr mizar: not bad eh you girls smart! then again i stupid la write out the answer for you already hahaha.wheeee. 9:22 pm
